City of Niagara Falls and Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino Announce Independence Day Fireworks

3rd of July events in Hyde Park, 4th of July outside Seneca Niagara highlights fun weekend

Niagara Falls will host multiple celebrations for residents and visitors over the upcoming Independence Day weekend.

City of Niagara Falls and Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino officials have released plans for two fireworks displays that will highlight the holiday weekend’s events. The city will stage an extravagant fireworks display on Sunday July 3 in Hyde Park, starting at dusk (around 9.30pm). Residents and visitors are invited to join in the fun.

Then, on Monday, July 4, Seneca Niagara will light up the sky with its annual fireworks display, beginning at approximately 9:40 p.m. There will be no established public viewing area on site, but the display will be visible from the surroundings. Region. In case of rain, the fireworks will take place the next day, Tuesday July 5th.

As part of preparations for the Seneca Niagara event, residents and travelers should note that Sixth Street, John Daly Boulevard and Falls Street will be closed to traffic from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on the evening of the fireworks display.
