Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City Celebrates Second Year With Free Party – Whittier Daily News

Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City celebrates its second anniversary with a big party.

The Cathedral City property will host a free event with food, raffles, games, prizes and performances from Liquid Blue. It will be held at the Agave Caliente Terazza, the casino’s outdoor venue, and will begin at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 26.

Guests and ACE club members must be 21 years of age or older and reserve their complimentary tickets at aguacalientecasinos.com.

Agua Caliente Cathedral City is the third property of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, making them the first tribe to operate three casinos in the Coachella Valley. Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs is the oldest property in the heart of downtown, a local favorite for decades. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage offers a resort experience, with a large hotel tower, spa and large showroom that will feature a 2023 roster of comedians such as jerry seinfeld, Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, Daniel Toch and Jay Leno.

The Cathedral City property opened on November 24, 2020, during the coronavirus pandemic, which delayed the opening of the Agave Caliente Terazza. The outdoor site finally opened in April 2021 and became a centerpiece of the casino, offering niche entertainment programming of community events, such as skating rinks for the 4th of July And one OctoBEER Festival.

The casino also hosts weekly events, including yoga, cornhole, and Latin music nights. During the summer, the location of the cathedral city hosted “eSports After Dark”, a series of video game tournaments. The next big entertainment show on the Agave Caliente Terazza is a New Year’s Eve celebration with DJ Alf Alpha.
