NJ online casino players may not have practiced AMA fight club to Cedar Knolls as MMA champion Amanda Nunes. However, they will soon be able to feel like they did, thanks to the online casino slots game The lioness launch on BetMGM.
The game that pays homage to Nunes is one of many to come BetMGM Casino NJ thanks to the Jersey City-based company’s deal with Malta-headquartered software provider iGaming Each die.
EveryMatrix announced its US debut today, saying its games portfolio will be available through BetMGM.
However, NJGamblingSites found the titles were not online at press time.

And I’m especially proud that we’ve reached this milestone with BetMGM, one of the most progressive operators in the industry. We are excited to advance our roadmap initiatives with BetMGM and deliver across North America – as we are licensed in multiple states.
On June 29, BetMGM Gaming Director Oliver Bartlett said of the deal with EveryMatrix:

The province, however, requires a second layer of approval before launching. Operators and suppliers need operating agreements with iGaming Ontario (iGO).
Featured Slot EveryMatrix – The Lioness
EveryMatrix has announced the development of The lioness during the summer. With the title being a reference to the UFC’s Amanda Nunes ring name, it represented the company’s first foray into the licensed brand for an actual slots title. Through Spearhead Studios, EveryMatrix had previously released simpler “scratch” and “spin” games featuring the image of the golfing hero. John Dally.
None of these were available in the US at launch. However, The lioness and John Daly Spin and Win are both mentioned in the press release as being among the games players can expect at BetMGM.
As is usually the case with brand name slots, The lioness features the likeness of Nunes on high paying symbols. These may appear in full column stacks. Landing three or more of these triggers triggers the special combat function which plays video clips of Nunes in action and provides a multiplier to the resulting winnings.
There is also Scatter symbols. Picking up three of these awards five free spins with even bigger stacks of Nunes symbols. Get four or more triggers cash on reels mini-game instead.
The game also has optional features that BetMGM may or may not choose to include. The regulations allow it, The lioness can have a Bonus purchase option, and what it calls Fortune bet. The latter adds a 30% bonus to the bet but provides higher multipliers in return each time the Battle feature triggers.
