Why did Champs cancel my order? ›

Your order may have been cancelled due to lack of inventory from the manufacturer or the item did not pass our quality control checks when it was prepared for shipment. The information entered doesn't match the information your payment provider has on file.

Your order will be entered within 24 hours of placing it online. Once your order is entered and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, customer number and order total.

Can't find a package marked "delivered"? Our tracking information says "delivered" but you can't find your order in your mailbox or at your doorstep. We will file a claim on a package if the item is marked delivered and you are reporting to us that you have not received it.
