How long is spring break at UNH? ›

Most summer courses are regular UNH credit courses offered at an accelerated pace. NOTE: Degree students wishing to enroll in more than 12 credits in the summer must receive written permission from their college dean.

The acceptance rate at UNH is 87%.

This means the school is lightly selective. The school will have their expected requirements for GPA and SAT/ACT scores. If you meet their requirements, you're almost certain to get an offer of admission.

High schools often follow a similar pattern, with breaks going to around one to one and a half, and in some cases, two weeks. Colleges and universities, on the other hand, tend to have longer breaks that can range from one to three weeks.

UNH Rules and Regulations

UNH is committed to establishing and maintaining an environment that supports health, safety, and academic success. The unlawful possession, use, and distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol on the University campus or during University-sponsored activities are prohibited.

Thus, new undergraduate, full-time, first-year and transfer students, who are under the age of 21, on the UNH Durham campus are required to live on-campus for four (4) semesters, unless approved for an exemption by UNH Housing. The On-Campus Housing Requirement does not apply to: Undergraduates age 21 or older.

University of New Hampshire's tuition is $19,112 for in-state and $38,882 for out-of-state students.

Does UNH require transcripts? ›

If you choose to enroll at UNH, you will need to provide documentation of successful completion of your secondary level studies in the form of a final transcript, a General Equivalency Diploma (GED), HiSET, or a certificate of completion from your local school district or state board of education.

You may take classes during Summer A, Summer B, and/or Summer C. Summer A and Summer B are usually 6 weeks in length and Summer C is 12 usually weeks in length.

Spring Break typically spans about a week or two for most academic institutions. Some universities opt to grant students time off during the final week of March, followed by another break to observe Easter.

Spring 2024 classes start 01/08/2024. Spring Break 2024 is from 03/09/2024 – 03/16/2024.
