Tourists can hop aboard Laurel Home Tours' hot pink Hummer limousine for a ride around town to glimpse 40-plus of these renovated houses. The tours run 45 minutes to one hour long, with no stops. Cost is $25 per person, and children ride free.

Erin and Ben currently live in Laurel with their two daughters, Helen and Mae. In addition to their 1920s cottage, they also own a second country home in Mississippi.

Some married couples enjoy their space, but the Napiers prefer to spend all the time together that they can. In April 2023, Erin Napier told "Entertainment Tonight" why the couple is "never apart."

To answer some of these burning questions, Erin posted a quick tweet to clear a few things up. The answer is pretty simple: family comes first. Between raising two small children and having to travel to a new town, the "takeover life" doesn't mesh well with their personal life.

New episodes for the show's seventh season aired in early 2024. It is hard to believe that over 100 homes have been renovated by the Napiers, and that Erin and Ben are in production for Season 8.

In the Season 1 episode, “Homecoming,” Erin and Ben Napier renovate a four-bedroom home in Laurel, MS, for a pair of newlyweds. By the end of the episode, the 3,328-square foot Craftsman is filled with surprises.
